- General
The present sales conditions detailed below exclusively determine the contractual relations between all customers using the website www.SebaExpress.com, which belongs to the company Sikdar & Lima, Lda. with headquarters located at Calçada do desterro nº3E, 1150-125 Lisboa, Portugal.
Only registered users may make purchases on the website and upon acceptance of the conditions described below:
- a) The prices available on the website are exclusive to the online store, already include VAT and may be changed without prior notice.
- b)SebaExpress.com is not responsible for any errors in the prices published on the website or for the validity of the technical descriptions of the products, as well as the photographs, since this information comes from our suppliers. We update the information timely in order to ensure that all our products have the correct and up-to-date information, thus minimizing any situations of possible errors that may occur.
- c) The availability indicated in the articles may be subject to change due to possible problems occurring during the transport and delivery of the order or due to a temporary shortage of stock, with the customer being informed of these changes through the contact details provided in their customer account.
- d) The data collected at the time of customer registration is intended exclusively for processing the eventual order and respective invoice and will never be provided to third parties.
- e) All names, logos and trademarks displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.
- f) If the customer does not provide their tax number, name and address, an invoice will be issued with the tax number 999999990 and in the name of 'Final Consumer'. If you wish to receive an invoice with your tax number, all the details mentioned (tax number, name and address) must be filled in when registering. After the invoice has been issued, we will not reissue it.
- Payment Methods
- a) Multibanco: Payments using Multibanco Reference can be made via Homebanking or via the Multibanco ATM Network. At the end of your order, the Multibanco reference will be generated and sent to your email and customer area on the website. To make the payment, you must select the “Payments for Services/Purchases” option and enter the entity, reference and corresponding amount that were sent.
- b) Bank transfer: You must first place the order and select this payment method. You will be shown the NIB for the transfer, which you must make a note of in order to make the transfer or deposit later.
Before making the transfer, you must wait for a confirmation email from us.
We will proceed to send the order as soon as payment has been received, remembering that some banks may take 1 to 2 days to complete the transfer.
The limit established for this payment method is €5,000 (per order). In the case of orders of a higher value, you should contact our “Customer Service” ( [email protected]) so that we can inform you how to proceed.
- c) Cash on Delivery: In this method, the total value of the order must not exceed € 300 (VAT incl.). You must pay the order directly in cash to the courier when the goods are delivered . This payment method is not valid for equipment (smartphones, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, among others).
We will ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order, provided that all items ordered are available in stock.
This payment method will have a fee of 2% added to the total value of your purchase, the amount will be calculated and presented to the customer when finalizing the order or by choosing the “calculate shipping” option in the shopping cart section of our website. Sikdar & Lima, Lda. reserves the right to retain full ownership of the item until full payment is made, including possible errors by the seller or the carrier.
- d) MbWay: Pay for your order using your mobile phone number with mbway, at no additional cost. You must have the application active on your device to be able to pay using this method. For more information about this payment method Please contact us.
- e) Paypal: It is a fast and secure service that allows you to make online payments, if you want to know more about PayPal.
We will ship orders paid via PayPal within 24-48 hours of placing your order, as long as all items you purchased are in stock. This service has a 3% surcharge on the total amount of your purchase.
- Shipping of orders
- All orders are sent via CTT or DPD carriers.
- Orders are processed on business days until 5:00 p.m. After payment confirmation, orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Pre-orders, unlike the normal orders mentioned above, will only be processed when the product is available from the brand, for official distribution and for the end customer.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The customer will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process, as well as the difference in value depending on the shipping method chosen.

Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of 7 January (as amended by Decree-Law No. 62/2009 of 10 March and Law No. 46/2012 of 29 August), SebaExpress.com reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any orders whose final price is incorrect or out of date or whenever there is a programming error, a malfunction of SebaExpress.com equipment or if the contractual proposal arrives incorrectly at its destination, and the error concerns an essential element of the contract. The customer will be notified of this fact before payment is made, however, if payment has already been made, the customer will be refunded in full.
- e)SebaExpress.com reserves the right to cancel any orders for which payment has not been made within 5 working days after the date of placement.
- f) Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed and will be sent to the address requested at the time of the order, so it is not possible to guarantee the availability of the items until the respective order processing begins.
- g) If the items are not in stock in our warehouse because they are custom-ordered items, a deposit may be requested in order to order the item in question from the supplier. The deposit will be 30% or higher (if agreed between both parties) and only after confirmation of payment of said deposit will the agreed delivery time in working days begin to count. In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit will not be returned. If the delivery time is much longer than agreed,SebaExpress.com
- will refund and allow the cancellation of the same order.
- h) In the case of cash on delivery orders, these will only be sent after validation by telephone with the customer, so it is necessary that the telephone number provided at the time of registration is correct. Cheques will not be accepted as a means of payment, only cash. The customer may also pay by cheque (by registered letter to our address) and after payment has been received, we will send the product ordered.
- i) Any offers associated with an ordered product will always be subject to stock confirmation and may be cancelled without prior notice.
- j) Orders to Europe and the rest of the world must be made by email at [email protected]. The shipping cost always depends on the weight and the country to which it will be sent, and will be calculated based on the shipping price list of the CTT carrier. In shipments to countries outside the European Union and depending on the laws of each country, Customs may require payment of taxes to which Sebaexpress.com is not responsible, these will be borne by the customer.
- k) Orders shipped by Sebaexpress.com that for any reason (absence, incorrect address, etc.) have not been delivered to the customer, the customer must make a claim within 30 days of shipment, otherwise the order will be considered lost and the customer will not be entitled to any credit for the order. In cases of repaired/damaged products that the customer does not collect within 3 months of being notified to do so, SebaExpress.com is not responsible for any loss or misplacement of the same.
- l) Any changes to order information after submission must be communicated by email or telephone, provided that the order has not been shipped. If shipping has already occurred, additional costs may be incurred by the customer.
- m) Any delay in shipping the order, compared to the shipping dates presented, does not give the customer the right to any compensation.
- n) If any product ordered is unavailable, and after contacting the supplier about the possibility of replacing the missing product, Sebacom will notify the customer if the delivery time or price of the item changes, the order will only proceed after consent has been given by the customer.
- o) Sebaexpress.com may propose to the customer the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if available, and in this case, the order will only proceed after consent has been given by the customer.
- Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Exchanges and returns of products sold remotely are governed by Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.
All electronic components such as: LCD, flex, Touch screen, lenses, repair components, chips, etc., are exclusive products for specialized retailers. SebaExpress.com will not accept returns due to clear evidence of negligence, incorrect handling or use in bad faith.
